REDDING, Calif., Aug. 14 (Redding Times) — Redding will host the inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Northern California on Sunday, Aug. 16, with athletes traveling from Whiskeytown Lake through Shasta County and into downtown Redding for a 70.3-mile race expected to affect roads, transit and weekend activities.
